Photography is truly the best investment you can make. We’ve always loved documenting our milestones — our wedding, maternity shoots, the births of our children, and everything in between. With so many incredible photographers in New Zealand, the bar was set high when it came to finding someone in Tuscany who could live up to our expectations! Planning something as meaningful as our vow renewal from another country felt daunting at first, but working with David made everything easy. He was professional, warm, and highly communicative throughout the entire process. His knowledge of the region was invaluable, and he even had backup venue options ready for us in case our first choice didn’t work out. On the day, David was accommodating to every photo we wanted and gave fantastic direction — clearly an expert in composition and light. He effortlessly guided us through poses, small adjustments, and natural movements, creating stunning, organic shots. He also worked wonderfully with our children; you can truly see how comfortable and happy they were in every photo, with genuine, joyful smiles. Our photos turned out absolutely incredible. This was our first international family trip so we decided what better way to remember it than family photos with the beautiful Tuscany backdrop! I did my research through social media and found David while searching Instagram. I was immediately drawn to his style of work and the creativity. I was lucky enough to get a weekday sunset shoot with him. I was a bit nervous since this is our first time coordinating photos in another country! He was very kind, warm and open to all ideas for the shoot! When the day came, it was a bit hectic as the weather was questionable and our original spot was under some sort of renovation ? David emailed us the day of and we had to pivot to a new spot/time. The spot was closer to our villa so we weren’t as worried. We were a bit hesitant with the time since we have a toddler and not sure about his bedtime/dinner situation. It ended up being fine and David kept him very entertained - he ended up smiling and loved being around David/the camera 🙂 We had a great time, ended up with the perfect sunset and memories that will last forever. The photos and drone footage came out amazing - highly recommend getting the drone footage! Thank you again David - we had an amazing vacation and will remember it forever with your photos!
