Grazie ad Alessandro e a Marianna abbiamo avuto il matrimonio dei nostri sogni. Avevamo solo due mesi per organizzare tutto e non ce l'avremmo mai fatta da soli. Conoscono i posti migliori con le viste piu' belle delle dolomiti. Molto professionali e soprattutto super connessi con tutti i migliori fornitori locali e preparatissimi sul piano legale per fare tutte le pratiche per sposarsi legalmente in alto adige. Marianna was a pleasure to work with. She has a lot of amazing ideas for vendors in the South Tyrol area! She and her team welcomed us with open arms when we arrived from the states, making sure we felt comfortable in a new country never seeing the venue before. She and her team were onsite the entire weekend of our wedding lending full support and smiles! Hotel La Perla worked directly with Marianna leading up to the wedding date. They executed far better than any event we’ve been to. Wow! Highly recommend.

They understood exactly what we were looking for and helped us bring together an entire weekend that became our absolute dream wedding experience at Tschötsch Alm in Seiser Alm. Makeda were attentive and thoughtful, and took great care to fully understand our vision and priorities. They have an incredible understanding of the Dolomites and a clear sense of what works, what options are available, and how to shape a weekend in the best possible way based on a couple’s vision. When we visited the area the summer before the wedding, they thoughtfully organized all venue visits and guided us through each option with confidence and care. All communication with vendors was handled seamlessly and in a very reassuring way. On the wedding day itself, Makeda were with us throughout the entire day. Their calm presence and attention to every detail ensured everything flowed effortlessly, allowing us to fully relax and be present in every moment. Beyond their professionalism, Makeda are wonderful people — warm, kind, and genuinely caring. Do NOT Trust Makeda Wedding Planner — Serious Privacy Violations and Contract Breaches We strongly advise against hiring Makeda Wedding Planner. Our experience with Alessandro and Marianna was deeply disappointing and has continued to cause us distress more than two years after our wedding. During the planning process, we encountered several challenges with Makeda but initially chose not to post a review, hoping that as a new business, they would learn and improve. Unfortunately, we are still dealing with serious privacy violations stemming from our event. From the beginning, my husband and I made it very clear that we did not want our wedding photos shared publicly. Makeda even offered to compensate us for permission to use our images, and we declined. We value our privacy and had also asked guests not to take pictures during the ceremony, so this was consistent with all of our requests. Despite our explicit instructions, Makeda published our private wedding photos on their website and social media accounts—including intimate moments we never shared with anyone, not even close family. After numerous messages and complaints, Alessandro finally agreed to remove the images. However, our trust had already been broken, so we continued to monitor their online presence. Recently, we discovered that Makeda had reposted our photos without consent and even blocked us on social media to hide the posts from us. Friends and family informed us after seeing the images online. When we contacted Alessandro and Marianna again, they refused to remove the pictures, claiming that our photographer had posted one image (which she did—with our prior approval). This reasoning is both absurd and irrelevant, as our agreement was exclusively with Makeda. To clarify, our contract was solely between us and Makeda Wedding Planner. Any other contracts or permissions given to vendors—such as our photographer—were separate agreements and do not grant Makeda the right to use our images for their own promotion. Our contract with Makeda explicitly states: "Upon authorization of the clients, the wedding planner may use pictures and videos of the wedding event for promotional purposes. This concession can be revoked by the clients at any time, even after the wedding date." Despite this, they continue to disregard our wishes and violate the agreement. Alessandro claims to be an attorney, yet his actions clearly contradict both the contract and professional ethics. We are now seeking legal action and have begun verifying his credentials through the Consiglio dell'Ordine degli Avvocati in Italy. It is truly heartbreaking that what should have been one of the happiest days of our lives has been overshadowed by this ongoing ordeal. We’ve provided documented evidence—including emails and our signed contract—to support everything stated here. If you value your privacy, integrity, and peace of mind, please think twice before hiring Makeda. No couple deserves to have their most personal memories exploited for marketing without consent.

We were extremely satisfied with everything yesterday! The weather was particularly good in the evening, and we saw breathtaking views at Seceda. The whole helicopter experience was fantastic; the departure location was very close to the chalet, and they stayed nearly twenty minutes longer at Seceda to allow us to take more photos. We are very grateful. The table flowers and the entire table setup were also very romantic. It was exactly the style we wanted. We were initially a bit concerned about the floral arrangements because the work we saw on the florist’s Instagram account didn’t quite match our preferred style. However, the floral arrangement yesterday was a wonderful surprise and greatly enhanced the wedding reception. Our guests and we were sorry we couldn’t take the flowers home. The location of the chalet and the SPA facilities were very satisfying, and the guests thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the entire wedding experience. We are incredibly grateful for the support you, Alessandro, and Marianna provided for our wedding. Your efforts and dedication made our dream wedding come true. You went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and your attention to detail was impeccable. We truly appreciate all the hard work and care you put into making our special day unforgettable. Words cannot express our gratitude enough. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts❤️❤️

We worked with Marianna and the team at Makeda Wedding Planner for over a year and a half, and looking back, we can confidently say it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From helping us discover our dream venue in Merano, Italy, to guiding us through every vendor decision and managing all the logistics along the way, the experience was not only seamless—it was joyful. Alessandro and Marianna are the absolute best! My husband and I are from America and they made our Italian wedding dreams come true. Not only are they true professionals (anticipating needs, finding the best vendors, coordination), they are also wonderful people.
