We are a couple from Switzerland who wanted to get married in beautiful Puglia because of my Husband‘s roots. Since I didn‘t speak any italian we wanted to find a wedding planner to make the process easier. And it couldn‘t have been easier than what we‘ve experienced! Katia with LeccEventi have been the absolute best during the whole wedding planning process. She listened to every request we had and gave her everything to make our wedding unforgettable. She helped with the vendors and got the maximum out of everything we booked! We knew from the very first meeting that we could trust her with everything 100%. It felt like planning a wedding with a close friend who knows what‘s best for you. We will forever be grateful to have had the most perfect wedding including the most perfect planning process. Katia and Francesco made our dream destination wedding so magical, seamless and a joy to plan. Lecce Eventi were super amazing to work with. I can honestly say that they handled everything so professionally that neither my new husband or myself experienced any form of 'wedding stress' throughout our engagement. They allowed us to be in control but dealt with all the bookings, meetings and vendors and there was always a translator on hand (although Katia's english is amazing) so we never felt out of the loop. Throughout our engagement, Katia emailed weekly updates, which I really enjoyed. She soon became a very good friend as well as my wedding planner and I felt like I could totally trust her. We shared Pinterest boards, discussed colour palettes, ceremonies, locations, flowers... listening to what we wanted and made sure that no details were ever forgotten. One thing (amongst the many) we were really impressed with is the time they had dedicated to taking us around venues, they took us for gelato, coffee and drinks to discuss each venue and it made the whole process such a beautiful experience, the time they spent with us during our visits made us feel like valued friends and clients. On the day of the wedding, I felt totally confident and relaxed that Katia and Francesco had everything under control. And of course they did! The wedding was seamless, romantic, memorable for all and everything we had ever hoped and dreamed of (and more)! It really was the best day ever. Not only did we enjoy planning our wedding with Katia and Francesco but we have made some great friends, some lovely memories and we can't wait to catch up on our next visit! Thank you so much Katia + Francesco, you were a dream and we love you!

Our wedding wouldn’t have been possible without Katia. From start to finish, she found all the right vendors that met our budget and requirements, coordinated with them and us, scheduled everything, and made our wedding planning an stress-free process. Wow, wow, wow, Is all we can say! We organised our wedding in Puglia all the way from Australia, where we live, with the help of Lecceventi. Katia was amazing all throughout the year as we planned out the day of our dreams. And on the day, Katia, Francesco and their team created an event that truly blew us away! Everything was magical. The styling was incredible and the day ran smoothly. Katia and her team were so flexible and made changes on the fly, like delaying our bus transfers, for example. We couldn't have wished for a better experience and we thank Katia and her team for representing our personalities exceptionally and delivering a day that we, our family and our friends will remember forever. As soon as we met Katia and Francesco, we knew that we wanted them to help us plan our wedding. We are a Welsh couple, living in London, but love Italy, so we decided to have our wedding in Puglia. Having local wedding planners that we trusted and who understood us was really important for us, and we couldn't be happier with the beautiful wedding that Katia and Francesco helped us put together. They were attentive and understanding, careful to cater to all of our requirements (I am a wheelchair user and a vegetarian, which made for some additional complexity), and they truly put all their efforts into making our wedding a magical, personal experience that we'll never forget; and we'll be forever thankful to them for this. They were there to walk us through the process, and arrange all of the services on time and to a fantastic standard, arranging our catering, celebrant, flowers and decoration, furnishings, lighting, entertainment, transportation, hair & make-up and photographer; and all were excellent and in keeping with both our personalities and the type of wedding that we wanted to host. In particular, the stunning table setting on the imperial table in the olive garden that Katia and her team put together was absolutely incredible, which was a sentiment echoed by all of our guests. Katia and Francesco also arranged an informal pool party for us for the day after the wedding, complete with catering and a band, which again was impeccably arranged and enjoyed by all. We would have no hesitation in recommending LeccEventi, especially if you are looking for a lovely, attentive and trustworthy team to arrange a wedding abroad; and we will miss our regular conversations and meetings with Katia and Francesco.
