DAMA WEDDING

We are so incredibly grateful for Danila and everything she did to make our wedding day perfect—despite the unpredictable weather! In the days leading up to the wedding, the forecast showed a high chance of rain, and she immediately stepped in to coordinate a solid Plan B. She communicated with all of our vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page, adjusted our layout seamlessly, and kept us calm through it all. When the rain did arrive, everything transitioned so smoothly that most guests didn’t even realiza. She truly thought of everything. She even brought in a photographer specifically to capture the ceremony space, reception details, and all the little touches we worked so hard on. Since our own photographers were focused on capturing the people and moments, this extra support meant we now have beautiful images of the décor, the venue, and the atmosphere—photos we otherwise might have missed. Danila was calm, professional, and incredibly organized. She made our day stress-free, beautiful, and full of joy. We can’t thank her enough, and we highly recommend her to anyone planning their big day!

We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Danila! We didn’t have time to visit our venue Villa di Monaciano prior to booking, but with her guidance we were able to plan our dream wedding! From months out, she made time for long zoom meetings, during which, she attentively listened to all our specific and eccentric tastes, and managed to satisfy them while also considering the constraints of our budget. She connected us with music brokers who arranged for 5 incredible and regionally authentic music acts (2 tuscan folk bands, a jazz band and two harpists over the 3 days of events), she connected us with wonderful floral options, and of course, with a GREAT caterer, who provided food as delicious as it was bountiful, varied, and affordable. When our luck seemed to turn against us and 3 days of rain entered the forecast, Danila scrambled to find us a transparent tent for our reception. When anxiety led us to walk away from the first negotiations, she spent hours the next day calling tent companies all over Italy until she found one available that saved our wedding dinner! Throughout the entire process, she was a source of optimism, problem solving, and encouragement. You really get the sense that she is emotionally invested in the magic of your wedding day. She didn't just want to contractually fulfill her job, she wanted the wedding to be perfect for us. When we ran into obstacles, she seemed as determined as us to surmount them. Now back in California, we wish we could relive our wedding again, it was so majestic! If anyone is considering a Tuscan wedding, know that Danila is the ultimate local advocate you could have on your side! We couldn’t have chosen a better person to be a part of our day. I cannot express how amazing DAMA wedding was. My husband and I live in Texas and Dani helped us plan our destination wedding in Italy. What a joy to work with Dani - our day could not have been smoother or more beautiful and special to us!! She helped us create a simple but elegant day in Portofino, Italy at the top of Castle Browne as well as a special reception/dinner in Camogli at Il Doge. She took care of flowers, a professional photographer, day of coordination and our reception at the restaurant in the next town. It was EASY to communicate with her from the USA and it was like we had known her for years. Very professional and accommodating.
