Silvia and Laura were absolute life savers when it came to planning our wedding. They minimized our need for up-front research on vendors by providing shortlists and pitches from multiple options curated to our personal tastes. They made sure we were making well-informed choices and provided expert guidance at every step of the way to turn our vision into reality. They were patient, effective, positive and caring. Silvia and Laura rearranged their schedules to be available for us, even on short notice. It really felt like we were a team working to bring our vision to life! We were not fluent in Italian, so we relied heavily on Silvia and Laura for a significant amount of translation, which they did for us with ease, even in regards to contracts and real-time translations on vendor calls. They are well connected within Italy, providing incredible options for a curated wedding experience where a positive relationship between vendor and client is already guaranteed due to their reputation within the community. From the early planning stages until the very end of the celebrations, Silvia and Laura were by our side helping us create the perfect day! We can’t imagine having done this experience without them and would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend or loved one who was getting married in Italy. I had the great pleasure of working with Silvia and Laura of Varese Wedding for my wedding in Venice, Italy. I interviewed a few planners in Italy before selecting Varese, and am very glad I did. From the very beginning, Silvia was warm, friendly, and incredibly responsive. I was planning my wedding on a tight timeline, but Silvia’s organization and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Both Silvia and Laura went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was not only seamless but truly unforgettable for us and our guests. We faced a particularly challenging situation securing the church we wanted, but Silvia didn’t give up. Not only did she make numerous attempts connecting with the church, she also personally visited another church in her city that had ties to our preferred church until we were able to secure our ceremony date. On the wedding day itself, she was attentive to every detail; when my family and I were getting ready at my hotel room, she asked the hotel staff to help tidy the room before the photographer and videographer arrived—something I couldn't manage on my wedding day. Silvia and Laura are exceptional at what they do. Thanks to their dedication, industry knowledge, and genuine care, our wedding day exceeded our expectations and was truly beyond my wildest dreams. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Silvia and the Varese Wedding team did an amazing job organising my 60th birthday celebration in Tuscany in 2024. Liaising with the venue, the menu, the band, the music, tours for the guests, even the flowers. Everything was done with such skill and efficiency and most importantly, very good humour! Silvia, Laura & Mara were amazing to work with. They were very organized, always on top of everything, and very communicative throughout the entire experience. Throughout the planning process, the ladies helped us with very honest suggestions when we needed it, and were always considerate of our ideas and opinions. They even helped us with all the paperwork necessary to get married in Italy as an Italian-American couple.
