Victoria helped me plan my wedding in May 2017 and we couldn't be happier with her work! She did an incredible job helping me select the vendors, communicate with them, organize our schedule for the wedding and all related events, keep track of my guests and overall make sure that everything run smoothly. I was truly impressed with her work ethic - she never missed a phone call or text message and was very quick to communicate and take care of all possible requests starting from DJ selection to getting us band-aids on the day of my wedding. A lot of the times she made me feel like I was her #1 priority client. My family couldn't say enough great things about her. Victoria is a true professional portraying excellence in everything she does. I never saw the venue or met Victoria until the weekend of my wedding, but I really felt like she was a family member during the 6 months of the planning as she was always there helping answer ALL of my million questions and anticipating & answering a million more before I even expressed them. My husband and I are so grateful for the opportunity to work with Victoria. She went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our celebration was perfect. We had a beautiful wedding in Florence with all aspects thanks to Victoria for making this special time of our lives an amazing time to remember. She will be with you at all times all throughout the preparations until the very last minute of your wedding in the early morning. She organized our wedding in September 2015 and our guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed it and that it was the most amazing wedding they had ever been to. They talk about it so much and so often that we began to think that it is not them just being nice, but they indeed had a great time. It is important to note that we had a budget and Victoria worked within those constraints. The outcome was just beyond words, it looked and felt like a million-dollar wedding. The ceremony and reception took place on a villa overlooking the hills of Tuscany with 80 plus guests coming from all over the world (USA, Argentina, Russia, Europe). Victoria works with top-notch professionals and we are beyond happy with our photographs, video, make-up artist, flowers, DJ and catering services. Being on a budget while having very high standards and style expectations I spent considerable amount of time looking for quotes and options just to find out her options were very competitively priced and reliable. Therefore, do yourself a favor - trust her recommendations entirely – and spend your precious time doing something more fun. The wedding day went smoothly, I did not have to worry about anything and just enjoyed the best time of my life. I am beyond grateful for her work and it was a true pleasure to work with Victoria.

We wanted to do a simple wedding ceremony in Florence but we had not visited Italy before.We contacted a few wedding planners there and chose Victoria without any doubt as she is very professional, friendly and meticulous. She helped us to check what are the procedures required for foreigners to wed in Italy and replied very quickly. Getting married in a foreign land can be daunting but after a few emails with Victoria, we were rest assured that things would turn out well. She is very transparent--sent us the portfolios and openly discussed with us what kind of ceremony we want, budget, what kind of flowers, make up artist, photographers etc. Although its a small event, she cares about every single detail too. With her help, the paper works became much easier. On the day of the event, things turn out well (in fact better than what we expected!). Although it's only two of us, we felt truly blessed throughout the whole event. Very grateful to have Victoria as our wedding planner 🙂 Grazie Millie!

Nosotros somos de México y decidimos casarnos en Florencia, desde el primer correo Victoria nos dio toda la información que solicitamos y ya en el camino siempre contestó todas mis dudas, me dio las mejores opciones sobre los proveedores siempre todo dentro del presupuesto y estuvo con nosotros en todo el camino...Es una mujer extraordinaria que ama su trabajo y todas las personas con las que colabora son increíbles. Estoy segura que sin ella nuestra boda no hubiera sido igual y tuvimos una boda de ensueño!!! Victoria simplemente es la mejor y siempre estará en nuestro corazón!

Victoria is absolutely amazing . She was very professional , organised and I felt was part of the whole process when organising our beautiful wedding at Villa Cora, Florence. Victoria became part of the family during our week stay & I can never thank her enough for all the support in the run up and organising of ‘our day’ but also the day itself into the evening. Victoria listened to every detail we envisaged for our special day & helped us make that happen from where we got married , to florists, catering, to musicians and even Italian legal information to do with the wedding . Everything was bespoke. We were planned to be on the roof top, but suddenly a thunderstorm was due . Very calmly Victoria took things into hand and relocated us to another room. It was seamless on my behalf. I highly recommend Victoria for any event .Thank you again for making things happen so perfect & smoothly
