Alessia and her team really blew us away. They made every detail requested possible. We truly had a wedding that surpassed our expectations; it was a complete dream. She was always quick to get back to us and always provided excellent options to select from. It rained during our wedding week, and Alessia had a backup plan that we ended up falling in love with even more than the initial one. She truly is a professional and is highly organized and ready to face any last-minute issues. We felt very heard and made our destination wedding so much easier to plan. Our wedding weekend in Italy was, without a doubt, the best three days of our lives—and we owe so much of that to Alessia. From the very beginning, Alessia was a guiding light. She helped us thoughtfully narrow down nearly 30 Italian venues to the one that ended up being absolutely perfect for us. Her deep local knowledge, calm demeanor, and impeccable taste made the entire planning process feel less overwhelming and more joyful. As an American planning a destination wedding in Italy, there were plenty of cultural differences and unexpected challenges, but Alessia managed our expectations with honesty and grace. She helped us understand how things work in Italy—especially the slower pace—and always kept us grounded without ever compromising the magic. By the time the wedding rolled around, Alessia wasn’t just our planner—she had become a trusted friend. We had decided on selecting Alessia as our wedding planner in 2020 because she shared our vision, had high energy, responsive and had great enthusiasm. This was important as we encountered numerous others where the principals were quick to pass on the responsibility to their teams. Due to Covid, we were forced to shelve our wedding plans. Fast forward to 2024, we finally decided to have our wedding and when we reached out to her again, we were glad that nothing had changed. Alessia is warm, friendly, emphatic, pragmatic and even value conscious! She recommended vendors that would work for our style and budget and also steered us clear of options that may have seemed economical at the outset, but would in fact have hidden costs and would add up more. Her in-depth knowledge of the many vendors in Lake Como helped us in our decision process and guided us towards decisions that made the most practical sense for us as a couple and the budget. We are a busy couple who are always on the road and tended to hold off decisions till the last minute, and still make changes after. She took them in her stride, and invoked urgency when it was necessary. She never pressured us to spend more unless it made sense and she would present her opinions which were well considered but never force upon us (or guilt trip us into it!). We hit many obstacles in our wedding planning journey, which she fought very hard to overcome them - and smoothed most of them out at the end. (Boat logistics, difficult communications, last minute wines, managing guests children among the many issues). She and her team managed everything to pull together not only the florals, food, nanny booking, dress steaming, logistics and even last minute requests. Alessia and her team ran the whole operation well on the day itself and even with the last minute change to plan B due to weather, it all went smoothly and beautifully. Guests commented on how well executed and seamless the whole operation was and we as the bride and groom had the time of our lives even though we had had our heart set on our Plan A ceremony. Absolutely no regrets, we had a spectacular time and could not have gotten there without Alessia and her team!

We worked with White Emotion to plan a small (~50 person) wedding in the Tuscan countryside. I can't speak highly enough of Alessia or Alice. They kept us on track with the planning process, provided the best recommendations and advice, and pulled everything together for the most special and beautiful wedding day. On the day of the wedding, they were available to help with everything, big and small, including assisting me with steaming my wedding dress and arranging taxis for some of our guests. Using White Emotion to plan our wedding was a great decision for us!!

We live in NY/NJ area and were keen for our dream wedding in Sicily. We were lucky to come across White Emotion and meet with Alessia and knew from the start that she was our top choice. She found the most perfect venue, villa for my family to stay in, welcome reception location and transportation. Everything was excellent, start to finish. Truly epic and we only wish we could relive it all again! She helped curate and guide many decisions and ultimately executed the most perfect day. On top of doing a wonderful job and dealing with a sometimes anxious bride, she was always friendly and warm and helpful. She was a pleasure to work with and have with us on our day.
